Francis Bryant Hicks, affectionately known to many as "Frank” or "Frankie,” a 36-year resident of the Vincentown Village of Southampton Township, NJ, was called Home by our Lord and Savior on Friday, November 17, 2023, at Virtua Voorhees Hospital, surrounded by his immediate family. He was 74.

Frank was born in Mobile, AL, to the late James Tryant Hicks, Sr. and the late MaybeD Davis Hicks. He graduated from Satsuma High School (Satsuma, AL), Class of 1968. In September 1968, Frank enlisted in the United States Air Force and served a year in Vietnam as an Air Cargo Specialist. He was wounded in combat. After 3 years and 8 months of dedicated service to his country, Frank was honorably discharged at McGuire AFB in June 1972 at the rank of Sergeant.
