William R. "Bill" Randall, Jr., age 75, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away suddenly on Friday, December 13, 2024 with his loving family by his side.
Bill was born in Camp Lee, Virgina, to the late William Sr., and Mildred Randall. He had resided in Pemberton for many years before his current residence of over 27 years in Mt. Laurel. While in Pemberton, Bill worked as a Lieutenant Detective for the Pemberton Police Department before his retirement. He also bravely served in the United States Marines, Reserves, and United States Army for over 50 years where he eventually retired in 2017. During his long military career, he received many awards, including two purple hearts. Bill was an active member of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion. In his free time, he loved to golf and would often volunteer at the Golden Pheasant Golf Club. But above all, Bill loved spending time in his backyard with his wife, daughters, and their dog, Millie. He is very loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Bill is survived by his beloved spouse of 38 years, Karen G. Randall (nee Karahuta), and their daughters, Nicole Deusinger (Kenny) and Stephanie Randall (John Burckhardt). Also survived by his sisters, Patricia Denney (Bob) and Carolyn Legg (Dave), in-laws, Kathy and Ray Lapinski, and Kenny and Margie Karahuta, and his cherished grandchildren, Khloe, Eddie, and Andrea Burckhardt, and Drew and Dean Caccese. Many loving nieces, nephews, and friends around the world.
